The house is built on two stories with three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All rooms have views of the surrounding hills. Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and one has two twins. Full kitchen has dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator (by European standards), washer and dryer, ironing board, lots of cooking utensils and pots, as well as tabletop service for 6 people. Tap water is provided by the city. The house has its own security alarm system and is enclosed by fences and automatic gates. A CD player and 40 CDs are provided, as well as a high speed data line. There is no TV or VCR.
